eSlideShare is an innovative eSlide sharing network that gives you an easy way to share eSlides and all the data that go with them. eSlideShare can be used to share eSlides for a variety of applications including secondary consultations, tumor boards, decision support, publication support, and education.
If you are not an eSlide Manager user, you can share eSlides and case/project/course information by joining eSlideShare and uploading eSlides directly from your workstation. You can also enter case, project, or course information.
After you log into eSlideShare, the welcome page contains several options:
You can see a list of all data (cases, projects, or courses) that have been shared with you.
You can create new cases, projects, or courses.
You can update your profile.
If you are using eSlide Manager to organize your eSlides and case/project/course information, the starting point for sharing an eSlide on eSlideShare begins in your local eSlide Manager location with the Share on eSlideShare button on the Case Details, Project Details, or Course Details page.
The data you share on eSlideShare from eSlide Manager has the same structure as the data on your eSlide Manager website, so it is easy for you and the people you share it with to navigate it on eSlideShare.
For details on sharing on eSlideShare, see the eSlideShare documentation in your eSlide Manager Operator's Guide. However, here is a brief summary of the process:
Click the eSlideShare button on eSlide Manager to initiate the sharing process. You will be redirected to the eSlideShare site where you see a login page.
Log into eSlideShare. If you have not previously signed up for eSlideShare, click the Sign Up link to sign up. (See Signing Up for eSlideShare.)
Define who you want to share the data with by entering email addresses of the recipients.
Share with the recipients. They will receive an email message inviting them to join eSlideShare so they can see the shared data.
Go to the eSlideShare website to review the data you shared and see changes potentially made by your recipients.
