Adding Attachments

You can attach informational and related documents to any case, project, specimen, slide, training set, etc. To attach documents, do the following:

  1. On the list page (either folder view or table view) for the data element (specimen, for example) to which you want to add an attachment, click the check box beside its name, then click Open Data.

  2. When the Details page appears for that data element, go to the second heading (Add Attachment) and click Add.

  3. This will display the Add Document page. Click Browse to locate the document file you wish to upload (or manually enter the path and file names), then click Upload. The attached document will now be listed under Attachments on the Details page for that data element.

 

eSlide Manager does not limit you to just documents as attachments. You can attach text, graphics, audio, and other media types.
